Yes! Every balm is handcrafted in small batches using grass-fed Australian tallow and locally sourced ingredients.

📦 When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be dispatched. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

💌 How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped through Australia Post.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay (depending on your region).

🧴 How long do your products last?

Our balms are naturally preserved by tallow and hazelnut oil. Store them in a cool, dry place and they’ll last up to 12 months after opening.

🐄 What makes your balms different?

We use grass-fed Australian tallow blended with hazelnut oil. This combination is rich in vitamins and deeply nourishing for the skin. Each ingredient is selected for purity and purpose.
